    Items are shipped from the Seattle/Redmond/Sammamish Washington area (US)

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes, but shipping prices for orders outside the US tend to be high. Keep that in mind while ordering.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  • I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

    Please keep an eye on your email and junk mail. If I catch something wrong with your address I will email you before shipping it out. You can also contact me through storenvy or rezllen @ hotmail.com. If I don't hear back from you within a week of contacting you about address clarification your order will be canceled and refunded.
